Accepted forms of payment?

Answer:
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and JCB.

Question:
Will I be charged sales tax?

Answer:
Residents of the State of NY will be subject to the effective sales tax rate at the time the purchase is made.

Question:
How quickly will my order be shipped?

Answer:
Orders received will usually be shipped within two business days from the day the order was received. We close for the national holidays and we do not ship product on the weekends.

Question:
Can you ship product internationally?

Answer:
Yes, we can ship product anywhere in the world. All shipping will be from the USA. When you are on the Cocoon web page to make your purchase, it will ask your ship-to country... at that point you will be shown the cost for shipping the item. Also, there could be additional costs that you may occur due to taxes and duty that we are not aware of.

What are the shipping costs?

Answer:
When you are placing your order on the Cocoon Innovations website for shipment to a location within the United States, the cost of shipping is shown to you during the process... it will vary depending on the ship-to location you provide and the shipping method you choose.

Question:
How will I know that my order placed on the website has shipped?

Answer:
You can check the disposition of your order on the Cocoon Innovations website by inputting your order number... once the order ships, the tracking number for the shipment is shown on the website. With the tracking number you can trace the shipment on the appropriate carrier's website.

What is the warranty?

Answer:
Cocoon Innovations products have a one-year limited warranty... left-click on the warranty tab of the product of interest for the complete warranty details.

Question:
How do I clean the outer portion of the case or bag?

Answer:
Apply mild detergent to a damp cloth and rub lightly, cleaning the entire surface. Allow to air dry. Repeat if necessary.

DO NOT USE ALCOHOL OR PRODUCTS CONTAINING ALCOHOL.

Question:
What is the return and refund policy for an item purchased from the Cocoon Innovations website?

Answer:
You may return your unused item for a full refund of the merchandise cost within 30 days of the purchase date. You can expect a refund to your credit card within 14 days of our receiving your return. For shipping costs associated with the return of non-defective products, the customer will pay the cost of shipping. We will not accept a return that is shipped with "shipping costs due".

Prior to returning an item purchased from the Cocoon Innovations website, please contact Cocoon Innovations Customer Service by emailing [email protected] and providing all of the appropriate information regarding the item that was purchased... appropriate info to supply would be the date of purchase, your name and address and the original order number. We will issue a Returns Authorization Number if all is in order. It will be sent via email. The "Ship-to" address for the return to Cocoon Innovations will be provided along with the RA number. The Returns Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the return packaging or the package will be refused and returned to the sender.

We do not offer direct exchanges... if you wish to exchange a product you will need to return the undesired product for a refund and make the new purchase at www.cocooninnovations.com
