Within the specifications for each of our Cocoon products we show the maximum size laptop the item will accommodate. If you do not already know the size of your laptop, measure the screen diagonally. It is this size we are referring to in our specifications.

Apply mild detergent to a damp cloth and rub lightly, cleaning the entire surface. Allow to air dry. Repeat if necessary.

What is the return and refund policy for an item purchased from the Cocoon Innovations website?

You may return your unused item for a full refund of the merchandise cost within 30 days of the purchase date. You can expect a refund to your credit card within 14 days of our receiving your return. For shipping costs associated with the return of non-defective products, the customer will pay the cost of shipping. We will not accept a return that is shipped with "shipping costs due".
Prior to returning an item purchased from the Cocoon Innovations website, please contact Cocoon Innovations Customer Service by emailing [email protected] and providing all of the appropriate information regarding the item that was purchased... appropriate info to supply would be the date of purchase, your name and address and the original order number. We will issue a Returns Authorization Number if all is in order. It will be sent via email. The "Ship-to" address for the return to Cocoon Innovations will be provided along with the RA number. The Returns Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the return packaging or the package will be refused and returned to the sender.

What makes a bag airport-friendly?
Answer:
How the bag is designed and constructed is the first part and how it is packed is the second part.
As for the bag, it must be able to fully open and lay flat on the belt for scanning. The bag must be designed so that the laptop compartment is free and clear from anything else that is packed into the bag... when passing through the scanner, only the laptop is on one side of the bag permitting a clear and unobstructed view to the operator of the scanner.
As for packing the bag, only the laptop can be placed on the side of the bag intended for the laptop. Any other item placed on that side of the bag will not allow the bag to pass through the scanner and be approved.
In all instances, screening personnel have the right to require that a laptop be removed from the bag for screening or any other measures they deem necessary to ensure security when traveling.
